Opened in 2017, Grand Brook Memory Care of Rogers is a thoughtfully designed 36-resident community conveniently located on West Pleasant Grove Road. Families in Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Bella Vista, Fayetteville and neighboring communities can find compassionate, specialized memory care close to home.

Residents live in two residential-style neighborhoods with spacious living areas for activities, visits with family and friends, and relaxation. Private and companion suite options are available to meet a variety of preferences and needs. Shared between neighborhoods is a welcoming clubhouse with a café for gatherings and family dinners, along with a chapel for quiet reflection. We believe time outdoors is an important part of quality of life. Residents can enjoy a large secure courtyard with seating, picnic areas, and gardens. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Northwest Arkansas.

For more than 25 years, our founding family has focused exclusively on caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Because our entire team is devoted solely to memory care, we’re able to provide truly personalized attention and build meaningful relationships with each resident and family we serve. We proudly support organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s each year, while continuing to partner with trusted local organizations including Mercy Hospital, Schmieding Center, and Broyles Foundation.

An enriching Life Engagement Program is at the heart of our memory care philosophy. Keeping the mind and body active is an important part of dementia care, and our Life Engagement team creates meaningful experiences that celebrate each resident’s interests, hobbies, and passions. From gardening and art projects to exercise classes, music, and community events, each day offers opportunities for connection, creativity, and joy. At Grand Brook Rogers, we believe fun matters too. Cornhole tournaments in the courtyard, seasonal outings, themed dress-up days, and special surprises have become cherished traditions for residents and families alike. Our team is always finding thoughtful and creative ways to bring smiles, laughter, and meaningful moments into each day.

The heart of any home is in the kitchen. At Grand Brook, our culinary team is at the heart of the community, preparing meals in a warm and welcoming environment. Our open-concept kitchen allows residents to interact with the chef while meals are being prepared and reminisce about family dinners, favorite recipes, and memories from years past. At mealtimes, residents gather in our family-style dining room for thoughtfully prepared meals, meaningful conversation, and fellowship. Whether gathered in the dining room or visiting in our cozy Grandbucks Café, there is always room for family and friends around the table.
