Purposefully designed for memory care and home to just 36 residents, our community offers a warm, familiar setting where every resident is truly known. This intimate environment allows our team to build meaningful relationships and provide the personalized support that helps residents and families feel at home and part of the Grand Brook family.

Through ongoing dementia-specific training and education, they continue building the skills needed to provide exceptional care and support.

For nearly 30 years, our founding family has focused exclusively on caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. From gardening and art projects to exercise classes, music, and community events, each day offers opportunities for connection, creativity, and joy. We believe fun matters, too! Cornhole tournaments, seasonal outings, and themed dress-up days have become cherished traditions for residents and families alike.

The heart of any home is in the kitchen, and Grand Brook is no exception. At the center of each neighborhood is an open-concept kitchen where residents can gather around the counter, visit with the chef as meals are prepared, and enjoy the familiar sights, sounds, and aromas of home.

At mealtimes, residents come together in our family-style dining rooms to enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals, meaningful conversation, and fellowship. Whether gathered around the table or visiting in our cozy Grandbucks Café, there is always room for family and friends.
