Grand Brook Memory Care in Grand Rapids is the newest addition and a homecoming for the Grand Brook family. Our founding family are Michigan natives, and they are proud to bring compassionate memory care to their home state. Our community offers a beautiful and peaceful setting for families to experience the love and support of our dedicated caregivers. Each with a heart of gold and a genuine love for each resident.

All the Comforts of Home

Our Grand Rapids memory care community is a warm and welcoming home for residents to enjoy modern amenities and state-of-the-art care. Our 44 residents live in two residential-style neighborhoods with their own private or companion suite surrounding large living spaces perfect for relaxation, activities and entertaining family and friends. A welcoming clubhouse connects everything—with a cozy café for gatherings and a faith-filled chapel for moments of reflection. Outdoor living is important for quality of life and is encouraged in our spacious and secure outdoor living spaces. It is the perfect place to enjoy a stroll, gardening or just enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

Opened in 2020, the Grand Brook Memory Care family is proud to be one of only a few exclusive assisted living memory care communities – right in the heart of West Michigan. Now families in Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Grandville, Hudsonville and other neighboring communities have expert, compassionate memory care right in their own back yard.

Caring for the mind, body and spirit includes planning activities that are meaningful to each resident, celebrating their individuality, and promoting a feeling of acceptance. Our Life Engagement Manager makes it a priority to ensure our new residents feel welcome and included in the fun. Our monthly calendar is full of enriching daily activities. Art projects, exercise classes, birthday parties, gardening and music are just a few of the events happening at Grand Brook. We also love to plan special outings to enjoy the surrounding community.

Nutrition for Body and Soul

Mealtimes at Grand Brook are special. We gather in our spacious family style dining rooms and enjoy fellowship and delicious home-cooked meals prepared by our gifted culinary team. An open-concept kitchen allows residents to visit with our chef as they are preparing meals. Reminiscing about favorite foods and family recipes are a great way to remember the past. Food connects us all and is part of our shared history. This is the heart and soul of our culinary program.
