Opened in 2017, Grand Brook Memory Care in Rogers is a 36-resident community conveniently located on West Pleasant Grove Road. Families in Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Bella Vista, Fayetteville and neighboring communities now have Arkansas’s leading dementia care experts in their own back yard, providing care close to home.

Residents live in two residential-style neighborhoods with large living areas for activities, entertaining visitors and relaxation. Companion and private suite options are available to meet a variety of needs and space requirements. A clubhouse is accessible to both neighborhoods and has a café for parties and family dinners and a chapel for quietness and reflection. We believe that outdoor activity is essential for quality of life. A large secure, central courtyard is available to all with abundant outdoor seating, picnic areas and gardens. We annually sponsor the Alzheimer’s Association and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. We have ongoing partnerships with local care partners like Mercy Hospital, Schmieding Center and Broyles Foundation.

An enriching Life Engagement Program is the hallmark of our memory care philosophy. Keeping the mind and body active is vital for dementia care, and our Life Engagement team plans activities that are meaningful to each resident and celebrate their interests and passions. Entertainment, gardening and art projects that stimulate creativity, and exercise classes are just a few of the items on our monthly calendar. But at Grand Brook – we always step it up a notch and make FUN a priority. Cornhole tournaments in the courtyard are a frequent summer offering. Families love our annual autumn hayride at the pumpkin patch. Dress-up days are not to be missed. Our Life Engagement Manager always has something exciting and unique planned (When you visit, be sure to ask about the time we had Shetland ponies parading in the living room!). At Grand Brook Rogers, fun is a fundamental part of every day.

The heart of any home is in the kitchen. At Grand Brook, our gifted culinary team prepares nutritious, well-balanced meals each day. Our open-concept kitchen allows residents to interact with our chef while they prepare meals and reminisce about their memories of family dinners and secret recipes. When the dinner bell rings, we gather in our family-style dining room for food and fellowship, nourishing the body and spirit. There is always room at the table in our cozy Grandbucks Café when family and friends want to join us for meals.
