We care for all types of memory loss, dementia, and neurodegenerative conditions. Because our community is exclusively memory care, our entire staff and all our resources are dedicated to providing our residents loving and supportive care that is tailored to their unique needs.

Keeping the mind, body and spirit active and engaged is a key component of our memory care philosophy. Through engagement in activities, our residents feel a sense of community with their new friends. Our full-time Life Engagement Manager organizes a monthly calendar with a diversity of social, spiritual, physical and artistic activities that encompass each of our resident’s interests, history and hobbies.

At the heart of every home is the kitchen. The same holds true for us at Grand Brook! Our residents gather together daily as a family to enjoy delicious meals prepared by our talented culinary team. Eating together promotes social interaction and a feeling of home. Our chefs focus on creating menus that are delicious, accessible and healthy. Having friends over? Want to celebrate your loved one’s birthday? Our private dining room is the perfect place to celebrate life’s special moments and we are happy to help prepare snacks or a meal for your gathering.
