Grand Brook Memory Care first began as a commitment of our family to provide innovative and personalized, high-quality memory care to those that have memory impairments that may require special assisted living. Our founders include a multigenerational family of nurses, business developer, educator and an interior designer.

The founders of Grand Brook Memory Care began their service of providing Alzheimer’ care and dementia care  to communities across the United States 15 years ago by developing some of the first memory care exclusive communities as well as memory care exclusive management teams. During that time our family continued to build and manage these exclusive communities and became the largest memory care exclusive provider in Texas. We are now very proud to offer our exclusive services to our Flagship Grand Brook communities.

Our family understands first-hand how difficult this time can be for a family and how important it is to have a community that doesn’t just meet the care needs of your loved one, but exceeds them. We also embrace the entire family and are personally involved with each Grand Brook Community.
