What makes Grand Brook different?
Grand Brook of Allen is a dedicated memory care community, with 100% of our staff devoted to caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other types of memory loss. Our Allen at Twin Creeks community provides an environment for residents to enjoy modern amenities, state of the art care, and all the comforts of home. Founded by a family with years of expertise in dementia care, we focus on what we know best – providing compassionate, personalized care to families living with memory loss.
Every aspect of our community is intentional – and designed with our residents and families in mind. Residents live in two residential-style neighborhoods with private suites and large living spaces for relaxation, activities, and entertaining visitors. A clubhouse connects the homes and has a café, chapel, and even more space for families to enjoy. The secure, central courtyard is available to all with abundant outdoor seating, picnic areas, and gardens. We believe that promoting outdoor activity in a safe environment is one of the keys to quality memory care.

Care is provided one on one-on-one and each resident has a care plan that is updated regularly.
Life Engagement for Memory Care Residents – Allen
We’ve made it a top priority to ensure every resident joining our community feels welcome and has their individuality recognized and celebrated. Our enriching Life Engagement Program is centered around activities that are meaningful to each resident. Our monthly calendar is full of events that promote an active body, mind, and spirit. Live music, exercise, gardening, art classes, and games are just a few of the many activities designed to provide an enriching experience each and every day. An enriching Life Engagement Program is the keystone in our memory care philosophy.
Our Culinary team prepares nutritious, well-balanced meals each day for our residents. Family style dining and an open concept kitchen allows our residents to interact with our chef while they prepare delicious, home-cooked meals. Residents are encouraged to dine with other residents, but also have the option of in-room dining. Families and friends are always welcome to join us at the table for meals!
